My wife and I had been on a load of tours to Spain, and that we really love the place, but we usually go to see Andalusia. This year we fancied having an alternative and after a recommendation we decided that we will give Javea in the costa Blanca a go, so straight to Google for villa rental javea. It proved an excellent choice and the area has not only met our expectations but hugely surpassed them and we’re so pleased. Javea or Xàbia as it is often spelt is located in Alicante, Valencia, around the south east coast. Like all the other places in seaside places, it receives a great deal of vacationer; however they are more diverse in nationality when compared to the tourists where we normally stay. We figured out that almost all of the respectable Spanish people have also been residing in Javea and we both finally feel somewhat more Spanish in this spot. It’s very true that Spanish community is very accommodating and wishes to make sure the visitor feels convenient among them. Other significant attraction of this area is presented by its astonishing customs and traditional practices enriching the culture of Javea local residents. This is exactly why you will undoubtedly feel at home as it provides that real sensation of comfort and experience to the holidaymakers and travelers. It’s not quite as hot as the southern tip of Spain being further up from the equator but the weather is still scorching hot Old white washed buildings surrounding the narrow cobbled streets and Mediterranean design and style, the town itself is precisely what you’d expect. You can also surf around and be excited of how perfectly beaches are as Javea gives you its 25 Km of beaches, a varied coastline of beaches and coves. Basically, the whole stretch of coast is sure to impress you. The Montgó Natural Park is particularly actually worth seeing if you visit, and you could rent a bike within the town itself. We do not have kids to worry about, so we took a trip up the Montgó Mountain on our second day, this time on foot. Climbing up to mountain was an elite experience and worth the effort particularly after you reached the top and take pleasure in the breathtaking views of landscape and seascape it provides. You can see Denia and north to Valencia, west out to sea and south Javea at the mountain. It’s advisable to have lots of water plus some lunch though as there’s no restaurants or food shops nearby and it takes a while to mountain. The “old town” a part of Javea can also be an extremely nice location you do not desire to miss in the course of your visit There is magnificent 14th century church to take a look about and additionally, it still has an old wall that was built to ward off pirates. And to experience more of the natural beauty Javea’s coastline could offer, you might want to visit the official viewpoints which have been selected for their exceptional panoramas which in North, there’s the remains of numerous windmills which overlook the town and from the south the stunning high cliff landscape of Cap Negre and Cabo de la Nao can be adored. Outing with food and sharing delicious meals in a outside is best and great in this place. Most of our week was spent in the surrounding countryside walking or cycling, visiting most shops in the town, scuba diving on the beach, lounging around in bars and on the sand and eating at Sofia’s Restaurant (a wonderful little place on the Bay of Javea road). We arrived in this place because of this. Looking for a villa for sale in Javea is what making us busy throughout our stay because my wife and I have agreed to re-locate here within the year or so. We really enjoyed the place so much that we have decided to relocate here permanently. We were able to find a variety of ideal villas for sale, but we have still to come to a settlement between the two of us which is the best new home for us. The town is particularly well-off, as it’s a very ideal place so there are villas that can reach a sale price in the several millions of Euros. We’re not quite that well-off and had budget of around 300,000 Euros to spend (including selling our current home) but for that money what you can buy is outstanding. We are very looking into a brilliant villa which is actually great mix of both contemporary and classic Spanish architecture. It has its very own swimming pool area and a good sized garden. A villa near the canal however, not quite large yet similarly priced is what we are also serious about. We also discover a villa which is unexpectedly only half the price of the other two and has fantastic panoramic views of the enclave from spacious balcony. It’s a fabulous two bedroom villa located high in the Castellans area of Javea. And we can instead save the other half and rent our existing house for additional income. Another thing though, is that it does not have pool area but we presume the balcony more than makes up for it. We have totally fallen in love with Javea, with the countryside, the beaches, the people and the excellent villas. We can’t wait to move out there. We only need to come up with the a selection on which home we want and which home money can buy and we’ll be both ready to make our new journey of starting out our new lives in this charming country of Spain and in the worth staying place in Javea.
